On the 5th of February 2020, first year students at the Faculty of Pharmacy conducted practical training on the dispensing of different types of drugs, communication skills, and dealing with the patients. The training was held in the university’s experiential pharmacy within the requirements of the General Dispensing block. It is worth noting that the Faculty of Pharmacy at the Libyan International Medical University applies innovative educational strategies to graduate pharmacists who have the knowledge and skills that qualify them to make positive differences in their societies. It provides the students with an applied training program in hospitals, society and clinics, and training on the preparation of drug information that emphasizes clinical experience and patient-centered care to rationalize the use of medicines.en_US
