The proposed solution to solve this problem, help develop the country's health sector, is to establish a website to link the hospital to the civil registry. The birth registration website is one of the most important projects, which helps the parent register the new baby in the hospital without going to the civil registry. This project will have a positive impact through the ease of registering newborns and improving the quality of health care as well.
