Description
As part of the framework of raising the efficiency of both the teaching staff and supporting staff, a special workshop was held for the teaching staff and supporting staff in the Faculties of Pharmacy and Basic Medical Sciences in order to improve the efficiency of teaching. The objectives of the workshop included a discussion on exam evaluation and the criteria used for evaluating the exam design. Moreover, a discussion on the factors that affect the validity and reliability of the exam was held. The workshop also included exercises on the difficulty and discrimination factors for exam questions.
