Laws are the rules and regulations that are set by the authorities or government and are must to be followed otherwise penalties and punishments may be the consequences Disobeying laws may get you in penalties, fine or punishment but there are no penalties, fine or punishment for not obeying ethics Laws are made by the competent authorities based upon the ethics of the society and other demands
