Abstract
Description
Both of the Study and Examinations Office and the Pharmacy Education Office at the Faculty of Pharmacy supervised the weekly seminar for first-year students at the Faculty. The seminar was held on Wednesday, February 03, 2021, in the University’s main hall. The weekly seminar included individual and group exams in addition to student poster presentations. The session also included a discussion between students and experts from different disciplines, noting that this seminar is part of the third week of the second educational block entitled “General Dispensing”.
The Faculty of Pharmacy at the Libyan International Medical University adopts modern curricula and teaching methods and student-centered learning strategies within an interactive teaching system where teaching takes place from first year to graduation over a period of five years, using problem-based learning, team-based learning and research-based learning methods.
