Abstract
Description
As part of the continuous evaluation of fourth year students at the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Office of Study and Examinations at the Faculty organized the mid-block exam for the ninth educational block entitled Infectious Diseases. The exam was held electronically using the approved learning management system at the university, MOODLE, and students were able to perform the two parts of the exam. Moreover, the exam correction was done immediately which saved time, effort and cost in addition to preserving the environment by reducing the use of printers and papers.
It is worth noting that all types of examinations and assessments are conducted electronically in the Faculty of Pharmacy, starting from selecting exam questions to correcting, monitoring, and informing each student of the results.
