The Faculty of Pharmacy held a mini-training course in Clinical Pharmacy the morning of the 13 th of February 2020, which included a number of pharmacists working at the Benghazi Medical Center. The aim of this course was to train them on developing treatment plans for vascular, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases. This course, which comes as part of the social responsibility of the Faculty of Pharmacy, was presented by Dr. Hana Habib a specialist in clinical pharmacy. The course was administered using the "Team-based Learning" method known as TBL, which is a method adopted by the Faculty of Pharmacy among the educational programs used in the education and training of its PharmD students. It is worth noting that the “team-based learning” method known as TBL depends on conducting an individual test for students at the beginning of the session. Then, students are divided into two teams where they conduct (the team test) in which they consult and agree on the test answers. After that, students meet with the faculty members to provide them with the answers they have agreed on, and members of the teaching staff undertake a comparison of students ’answers with the correct answers. Hence, this discussion contributes to deepening the understanding of the scientific content of lectures, seminars and laboratories throughout the week. Finally, in the last stage of TBL sessions, students enter the Case Application to discuss some pathological cases and their treatment.en_US
