Remote Evaluation of the Learning Process at the Faculty of Pharmacy

Students, PharmD (2020-03-26)

The Quality Assurance Office at the Faculty of Pharmacy continues its first-hand evaluation of the educational process at the Faculty according to the quality assurance plan approved by the Faculty of Pharmacy for the academic year 2019/2020. The evaluation of the learning process with all its components is done according to the Faculty’s approved forms. Note that the evaluation process is carried out electronically using the Qualtrix program where each student, faculty member, tutor, laboratory technician, and stage coordinator evaluates the educational process through an electronic link they receive through the email. After that, the results are analyzed using Qualtrix program and the Faculty’s Quality Assurance Office presents the results of the evaluation of each learning block or exam in a separate final report that is presented and discussed in the Faculty Council. The council then takes all the required corrective actions and adopts the report before referring it to the university’s Quality Assurance Office. It is worth noting that the Faculty’s Quality Assurance Office plays an important role in following up with the sub-committees within the Accreditation Steering Committee which was set up by the University’s President to work on the international accreditation standards for the PharmD program.
