Abstract

asymptomatic bacteriuria (ABUS) is the presence of bacteria in the properly collected urine of a patient that has no signs or symptoms of a urinary , The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of asymptomatic bacteriuria among LIMU students. Urine samples were collected from 24 males and females in this study .The samples were cultured on CLED agar were examined for the presence of bacteria was negative . The organisms were E. coli wish is the most common costive in asymptomatic bacteriuria and the P-value was statistic significant .
