Faculty of Pharmacy Council Conducts a Virtual Meeting Behind the Screens

Faculty of Pharmacy Council met on Monday 27th of April 2020 at exactly ten o'clock in the morning for a period of four hours, using the ZOOM program, to discuss the following items: 1. Developing the faculty’s marketing plan for the year 2020 according to the current global and local variables due to the COVID-19 virus. 2. Summer training for Faculty of Pharmacy students for the year 2020. 3. Follow-up on the distance learning process for all academic years in the Faculty, in addition to the reports received from the coordinators regarding teaching critical thinking subject for the academic year 2019-2020. 4. Reviewing and discussing the results of the viewers ’satisfaction on the Faculty’s fourth annual scientific day, held on April 20th 2020 through the Faculty’s YouTube channel. 5. Review and discuss the results of student satisfaction with the OSCE exam, which was completed remotely for second year students at the Faculty. 6. Approving the results of the continuous evaluation process for the seventh educational block of the second year in order to be announced to the students through the university's electronic curriculum system. 7. Approving the results of the continuous evaluation process for the twelfth educational block of the third year in order to be announced to the students through the university's electronic curriculum system. 8. Review student excuses. 9. Reviewing and discussing student proposals received electronically through the electronic suggestion box. 10. Preparations for the final exams for the academic year 2019-2020. 11. Any other business (upon the request of the Quality Assurance Office in the faculty, some of the criteria used in the evaluation of some of the faculty's learning units were reviewed in order to be in line with the distance learning process).
